What I collect

• Analytics. Google Analytics records which pages you view and which links you click, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. In the United States and most other countries this happens automatically, and you can switch it off at any time (see Cookies below). If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, South Korea or Brazil, or I can't tell where you are, nothing is collected unless you click Accept on the cookie banner.
• When you contact me. If you email me or book a discovery call, I receive what you send, such as your name, email address and details about your business. I use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide my services.

I don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and I only collect what is needed for the things above.

Cookies

• Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_ cookies): used to count visitors and see which pages are useful. Set automatically in the United States and most other countries, and only after you accept in the places listed above.
• Your cookie choice: saved in your browser's local storage so I don't ask again every visit. Your approximate country is checked once per visit to decide whether to ask first, and isn't stored on my side.

You can turn analytics on or off at any time: Cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, I treat it as an opt-out and don't count your visit.

Other services

• Cloudflare hosts this site and sees visitors' IP addresses and request details as part of delivering and securing it.
• Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
• Calendly handles discovery-call bookings. When you book, the details you enter go to Calendly and are covered by Calendly's privacy policy.
• Links to other sites (Instagram, Mint Chip Studio, FreeTaxUSA and others) are governed by those sites' own policies.

How long I keep data

Emails and booking details are kept for as long as needed to reply to you and, if we work together, for the length of our work and any records the law requires. Analytics data is kept for the period set in my Google Analytics account.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies using the banner or the Cookie settings button, or email me to ask what I have about you or to have it deleted. If you live somewhere with privacy laws that give you additional rights (for example a US state such as California, the EU, the UK or Canada), you can use the same email address to exercise them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
